What We Accept
  • Baby & toddler clothing
  • Sizes Newborn – Size 2 (we are hoping to expand to size 5 soon)
  • Swaddles, Sleepsuits & sleepwear
  • Accessories (blankets, bibs, hats, shoes, etc
  • Select baby items - bouncers, noise machines, feeding items etc. (must be in "like new" condition)

Items should have an original RRP of approximately $10 or more - unless a multi-pack can be made (e.g. 3 x Best&Less onesies) or brand new with tags.

All feeding items must be unused and in original packaging.

Where applicable, items must be complete sets (e.g. no odd socks).

All equipment must meet Australian safety standards and must not have been recalled.

Quality Guidelines & Exclusions

To keep Swaddle & Swap high quality for all families, items must meet the following standards:

  • No excessive pilling, stretching, fading, stains, or tears
  • All buttons, snaps, clasps, and zippers must be secure and fully functional
  • Clean and freshly washed (unless new with tags)
  • Care tags and brand tags attached
  • In good, excellent, or new condition only

We can’t accept:

  • Fast-fashion brands (e.g. SHEIN)
  • Low-quality basics (e.g. Kmart budget ranges)
  • Reusable or swim nappies (for hygiene reasons)
  • Damaged or incomplete items (e.g. odd socks)
  • Items missing brand or care tags

Please note:

All items are assessed individually and final acceptance is at our discretion.

Stock intake may vary based on season and inventory.

Unaccepted items can be collected or will be donated.

Credit & Consignment Rates

HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

Each accepted item is given a value based on:

  • Brand
  • Condition
  • Original retail value
  • Current demand

Please note that all valuations are final and cannot be negotiated.

CREDIT & CONSIGNMENT RATES

Store credits are issued once your items have been uploaded to the store. We aim to process and upload all accepted items within 2 weeks of receiving them.

If you choose store credit, you will receive up to 60% of the listed sale price in credit issued immediately once your items are uploaded.

If you choose cash consignment, you will receive up to 50% of the final sale price once your items sell.

Please note that all consignment and credit rates are fixed and cannot be negotiated.

Cash consignments are paid within 30-day following the sale of the item.
